All Heavy Duty Pivot door hinge is crafted by SUS 304 or 316, Light Duty Pivot Hinge is crafted by Aluminum or SUS. They both include top pivot, bottom pivot, floor plate and ceiling plate.
Different from Floor spring pivot hinge or axis pivot hinge, the “core” is on the bottom pivot, which is the control center of the pivot system, connecting with top pivot.

HOW TO INSTALL A PIVOT DOOR?
Installing a pivot door is not an easy work, usually you need an expert installation service or team. Because it’s super heavy duty.
1. install the door profile
2. Mark the top & bottom pivot position lines on door profile
3. install the top pivot & bottom pivot parts on the door leaf with screws
4. install the door leaf and align to the bottom pivot plate
5. hold the door leaf up and align to the top pivot plate
6. screwing the top pivot axis into the top pivot plate
